Did you have any bad Injuries in your career and how did it happen?
I have had more injuries than I can count, worst being my broken wrist, not from kiteing but mountain biking…I had 3 surgeries, five screws and a fat transplant.

Explain how you got into being sponsored?
I was standing on a beach in Hawaii, windsurfing when I was 9 years old…and a talent scout noticed me. He made me a portfolio and since then I have had sponsors…

Wakeboarding/ Surfing/ Kiting is…
a great way to express yourself and have fun with your friends, kiting can also push you to your limits.

Your Favourite place to travel to
- probably the DR, I have a good set up there and it has all the conditions I would need…warm and windy with waves for surfing and kiting

- towing in at jaws

What is important for you in life besides Kitesurfing?
The sea, my girlfriend, my legs, beer, friends and family…and having fun!
