From Tuesday 12th until Sunday 17th of July the Kitesurfing Lanzarote contest took place. With the action based on the beach at Famara, which boasts some of the best conditions on the whole island for Kiteboarding.
As usual with this event, the competition is divided into categories by age and gender and class of event, such as Freestyle, Race and Wave.

In the Kids category for under 12 year olds, little Javi from Fuerteventura scored the 3rd position in the single eliminations and after four hits in the double elimination he went to the finals and finished second!
