From Tuesday the 24th until Sunday the 29th the Camsur Watersports Complex was dedicated to the worlds finest wakeboarders. They chose the wolrd champions among them in over 10 categories. The most important winners were Nick Davies (Professionals Men) and Reed Hansen (Wakeskate Professionals). There was spectacular action in the livestream throughout the week and before as well. German wakeboarder Dominik Gührs landed a crowmobe 5 in the flat (and named it the Dominator) a few days before the competition.
ION international teamrider Sandro Reinhardt flew over to the Phillies, to compete in the wakeskate category. But instead of ripping the obstacles he had to fly home with a torn ligament.
