The PWA wave session at Cabo Verde is one of the most anticipated contests in the wave schedule. There was absolutely no excuse for not being there, since waves and everything else is usually well organized. Everyone who has a name to defend showed up: Polakow, Seadi, Baker, Browne to name a few. In the end it was local rider Josh Angulo, who took home first place. ION international team rider Marcilio Browne finished 4th and Klaas Voget 17th.
