Did you have any bad Injuries in your career and how did it happen?
I had so bad luck and got my knee really bad twisted when I was changing my harness lines and fell somehow, and my feet were stuck in my footstraps… so stupid… I couldn’t surf for 3 months and rehab…
My ligament in my right foot was also pretty bad from a summer in stony Pozo…


Explain how you got into being sponsored?
We were 3 sisters and a mom fighting for one windsurfboard and a few sails when I was younger. I needed my own equipment when we really became hooked surfers… But it was expensive for a 16 year old kid, a friend of us who was sponsored by a Swedish windsurfing company talked well about me and my sisters and the owner wanted to sponsor us. When me and my sister Marie were doing well at Swedish competitions and entered PWA in Canary Islands we got in contact with international windsurfing companies.

What is important for you in life besides Windsurfing?
My loverboy of course, and I am very close to my family. It’s important for me to have an active lifestyle to feel good and also to have some projects or work/studies going on that keeps my brain working…

Cocktail!

I would hate to work in an office all day long…
